Reports

Targeting scams: report on scam activity. This report produced annually explains key trends in scam activity and highlights the impact of scams on the community. It also highlights the cooperative work of the ACCC, other regulators and law enforcement agencies to disrupt scams and educate consumers.

Online dating industry report. In 2014 the ACCC reviewed 65 online dating websites for compliance with the ACCC’s Best Practice Guidelines for dating websites, and the Australian Consumer Law. This report details the findings.
